Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

- Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of the session. For example, if you have three sessions remaining and cancel on the same day, you will have two sessions left.

- A fee of $40 will be applied to all last-minute cancellations and will be added to your next visit.
